Matt is the founder and Managing Director of Calnan Real Estate Group and the CORE Investment Fund. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) by training, he brings a disciplined financial lens to real estate strategy — from deal underwriting and capital structuring to portfolio growth and investor relations. Matt is focused on building a scalable, institutional-grade multifamily platform across Western Canada.
Andrew Doyle, B.Sc, B.Mgt
Partner, Vice President of Internal Operations
Andrew oversees the internal operations of Calnan Real Estate Group, ensuring the systems, processes, and people that support a growing portfolio run efficiently. With a background spanning science and management, he brings analytical rigour to operational problem-solving and plays a key role in scaling the organization's infrastructure alongside its asset base.

Cara leads real estate operations across the Calnan portfolio, overseeing day-to-day asset management, tenant relations, and property performance. Abdel leads Calnan Utility Concierge, our in-house utility management service that simplifies the utility experience for tenants and improves operational efficiency across the portfolio. He also contributes to strategic business initiatives, helping the organization identify and execute on growth opportunities beyond the core real estate platform.

Business Development Associate
Mitch works across Calnan's business development efforts, supporting investor outreach, market research, and relationship management. He is focused on expanding awareness of the CORE Investment Fund and the broader Calnan platform within investor and owner communities.

Varun manages the acquisitions process at Calnan Real Estate Group, from deal sourcing and initial screening through due diligence and closing.
