Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs
Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA) is a volunteer-moderated forum meeting Thursday afternoons to discuss local, provincial, national, and international issues. Strictly non-partisan and open to the public at no cost, SACPA meets roughly 40 weeks per year at the LSCO to promote civic engagement and free exchange of ideas.

A weekly needlework group for knitters, crocheters, and other fiber artists hosted by the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. New Student Orientation
Lethbridge Polytechnic hosts its New Student Orientation for incoming students. The two-day program on January 5–6 introduces new learners to campus facilities, academic programs, support services, and student life. Orientation helps students prepare for their studies and connect with peers.
Prescribing Pharmacist On-Site
The Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization hosts a monthly on-site pharmacist clinic offering blood pressure checks, lab requisitions, medication reviews, strep testing, minor ailment prescribing, travel health consultations, and flu vaccinations. Services are free. Vaccinations require advance booking by phone or email.
Quilting Group
