Empowering Women in Relationships Therapy Group
An 8-week counselling group for individuals identifying as female, facilitated by registered and student counsellors at Lethbridge Family Services. Participants explore healthy relationship skills including boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-trust. Meets Tuesday mornings October through November 2026. Free to attend; intakes in September.
Prescribing Pharmacist On-Site
A pharmacist from Medicine Shoppe will be on-site at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization offering health services including blood pressure checks, medication reviews, minor ailment prescribing, flu vaccinations, and travel health consultations. Services are free. Vaccinations require advance booking by calling 403-320-2222.
Time for Twos: Crossings Branch
Time for Twos is an early literacy program at Lethbridge Public Library's Crossings Branch for toddlers aged 18–36 months and their caregivers. The 30-minute session provides an opportunity to meet other families while introducing young children to books, songs, and play-based learning.
Quilting Group
A weekly quilting group for those with basic skills meets Tuesday evenings at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Members socialize, share ideas, and work on personal projects while also creating items for donations and raffles. Participants bring their own supplies; LSCO membership required.

The LSCO Karaoke Group meets Tuesday afternoons for singing and socializing at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Open to non-members for a $2 drop-in fee per session, or join as an LSCO member for $30 annually. Participants are invited to bring their own microphone.

Service Canada and Canada Revenue Agency representatives will be on-site at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization to provide information and assistance with government services including CPP, OAS, GIS, EI, tax credits, and income tax preparation. Drop-in format; no RSVP required. Held monthly on the first Wednesday.
Welcome Back Blackfoot Bingo
Welcome Back Blackfoot Bingo is a community gathering at University Hall designed to relieve stress while learning the Blackfoot language number system. All are welcome to participate. Winners Bingo
Winners Bingo at Lethbridge Community Bingo Hall runs weekly on Thursday afternoons, starting with Early Bird games at 12:15 pm. Eight progressive pot games are featured each event, including match ball, jackpot, and bonanza games. Revenue supports LSCO programs. Volunteers welcome.
Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA)
Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA) is a non-partisan, volunteer-moderated forum meeting Thursdays at noon to discuss local, provincial, national, and international issues. Open to the public at no cost, SACPA meets roughly 40 weeks per year at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization and welcomes diverse viewpoints and community participation.
