An 8-week counselling group for individuals identifying as female, facilitated by registered and student counsellors at Lethbridge Family Services. Participants explore healthy relationship skills including boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-trust. Meets Tuesday mornings October through November 2026. Free to attend; intakes in September.

Brain Games with Building Brains Together
Building Brains Together hosts an afternoon of brain games at the Lethbridge Seniors Citizen Organization. This interactive event is designed to engage participants of various ages with cognitive challenges and activities. A great opportunity for community members to exercise their minds and socialize.

Small & Tall is a drop-in program at Lethbridge Public Library for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers. The session features songs, rhymes, and stories designed to build early literacy skills while offering parents and caregivers a chance to connect with others in the community.
Ready, Set, Read! – WATER Branch: Main Branch
Ready, Set, Read! is a summer reading program at Lethbridge Public Library's Main Branch designed to help children practice reading skills during school break. The program meets Tuesday mornings and provides a supportive environment for young readers to stay engaged with books.
