Kwaidan Night: Where Old Stories Still Whisper
Kwaidan Night brings Japanese folklore to life at the Bunka Centre through theatrical storytelling inspired by Lafcadio Hearn's classic ghost stories. Two performances feature four haunting tales—Mujina, Yuki-Onna, Jikininki, and Mimi-Nashi Hōichi—with costumes, lighting, and sound design. Recommended for ages 15+. Tickets $20.

Rocky Horror Picture Show
The Rocky Horror Picture Show screens at the Galt Museum & Archives on Halloween 2026. This 1975 cult classic comedy features audience participation, props, and costume contests. An 18+ event with bar service, doors open at 7 PM with screening at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $30 and registration is required.

Empowering Women in Relationships—Therapy Group
An 8-week counselling group for women who have left relationships marked by imbalance or abuse. Facilitated by registered and student counsellors, the group focuses on boundary-setting, assertive communication, and rebuilding trust. Meets Tuesday mornings October–November 2026. Free. Intake begins September 2026.
Prescribing Pharmacist On-Site Clinic
The Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization hosts a free on-site pharmacist clinic on the first Tuesday of each month. A pharmacist from Medicine Shoppe provides blood pressure checks, medication reviews, lab requisitions, minor ailment prescribing, travel health consultations, and flu vaccinations. Vaccination appointments required; call 403-320-2222 to book.
Quilting Group
The Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization hosts a weekly quilting group for those with basic skills. Members socialize, share ideas, and work on personal projects while contributing items for donations and raffles. Bring your own supplies and sign up at the administration desk. Free Naloxone and Overdose Response Training
Free training session on naloxone administration and overdose response, open to the public. Participants will learn life-saving techniques for recognizing and responding to overdose emergencies. Hosted at the University of Lethbridge Student Learning Hub, November 4, 4–5 p.m.
Lapidary (Stonecrafters) Group
The Lapidary Group at Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization teaches stonecraft and jewelry making. Experienced instructors guide participants in safely using lapidary machines to create art with rocks and gems. Weekly Wednesday sessions require LSCO membership and a $36 annual fee. Supply costs are additional.
CRA & Service Canada On-Site
Service Canada and Canada Revenue Agency representatives will be on-site at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization to provide information and assistance with government services. Topics include CPP, OAS, GIS, EI, tax credits, and account access. Drop-in format, no RSVP required, no cost.
LSCO Facility Tour
