Empowering Women in Relationships — Therapy Group
An eight-week counselling group for individuals identifying as female who have experienced relationship imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Facilitated by registered and practicum counsellors, participants explore healthy relationship skills including boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-trust. Meets Tuesday mornings October 6–November 24, 2026. Free. Registration opens September 2026.
Quilting Group
The Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization hosts a weekly quilting group for people with basic skills. Members socialize, share ideas, and work on individual projects while contributing items for donations and raffles. Bring your own supplies and sign up at the administration desk. LSCO membership required.
LSCO Karaoke Singers
The LSCO Karaoke Singers meet weekly on Tuesday afternoons for casual singing and socializing. Open to all ages, non-members can drop in for $2 per week. Participants are encouraged to bring their own microphone. Annual membership is $30 for regular attendees.

Donuts and Discussion (and Crafts) - Recovery Support Group
Donuts and Discussion is a recovery support group meeting featuring casual conversation, refreshments, and craft activities. Held in the Richardson Oilseeds Room at a Lethbridge venue, the group provides a welcoming space for community members seeking peer support and connection.

Lapidary (Stonecrafters) Group
The Lapidary Group at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization teaches stonecrafting and jewelry making. Experienced instructors guide participants in safely using lapidary machines to create art with rocks and gems. Weekly Wednesday sessions require LSCO membership and a $36 annual fee, with additional supply costs.

Winners Bingo
Winners Bingo at the Lethbridge Community Bingo Hall runs weekly on Thursday afternoons starting at 12:15 pm with Early Bird games and regular play at 12:25 pm. Eight progressive pot games each session include Loonie Pots, Match Ball, and a guaranteed Jackpot. Revenue supports LSCO Programs, and volunteers are welcome.
Weekly Crib at LSCO
Join the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization for weekly crib games every Thursday evening. Newcomers are welcome to this free or low-cost social activity. Games run from 7–9 PM at the organization's Card Area on 11 Street South.
Knitting, Crochet & More
A weekly needlework group for knitting, crochet, and other crafts at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Participants work on projects, socialize, and share ideas over coffee. Supplies are available to borrow for those without their own. Beginners welcome. Drop-ins accepted.
