Mobile Food Support
The Lethbridge Food Bank brings a mobile food distribution to LSCO parking lot, offering fresh food and support to address food insecurity. Free and open to everyone, regardless of income. First come, first served. Held monthly on the second Thursday.

FCSS & Healthy Aging Caregiver Support Group
FCSS and Healthy Aging host a caregiver support group at the GR Davis Administrative Building in Fort Macleod. The group provides a welcoming space for caregivers to connect with others, share experiences, and access resources and encouragement. Open to anyone caring for a family member, friend, or loved one.
Paper Tole & Creative Arts Group
The Paper Tole & Creative Arts Group meets weekly at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization for artists and crafters to work on projects while socializing. Paper tole, painting, knitting, and other crafts welcome. Annual membership fee of $23 plus LSCO membership required. Supplies sold separately.

Cobblestone Manor Weekend Buffet
Cobblestone Manor Restaurant in Cardston offers a weekend buffet Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The buffet features salads, fresh-baked buns, signature mains, and desserts, with a curated drink menu available. A casual dining option for families and groups in the region.
VolunTEAM Meetings
VolunTEAM Meetings are monthly gatherings for Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization volunteers at the Atrium. Attendees connect with other volunteers, ask questions, and meet with the Volunteer Coordinator. The meetings support social connection and information sharing among the volunteer community. Drop-in attendance welcome.

Empowering Women in Relationships – Therapy Group
An 8-week counselling group for women who have experienced relationship imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Facilitated by registered professionals, the program covers boundary-setting, assertive communication, and rebuilding trust. Meets Tuesday mornings October 6–November 24, 2026 at LFS Counselling Office. Free to attend. Register in September by calling 403-327-5724.
Quilting Group
Join the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization quilting group for weekly social crafting. Members with basic quilting skills work on personal projects while sharing techniques and ideas. The group also creates items for donations and raffles. LSCO membership required; bring your own supplies.
LSCO Karaoke Singers
Join the LSCO Karaoke Singers for a weekly Tuesday afternoon singing and socializing group. Open to everyone—LSCO members pay $30/year, non-members welcome with a $2 drop-in fee. Bring your own microphone and enjoy singing with fellow community members at the LSCO Board Room.

Winners Bingo
Winners Bingo at the Lethbridge Community Bingo Hall runs weekly on Thursdays starting at 12:15 pm with early bird games. The event features eight progressive pots including loonie pots, match ball, and a guaranteed jackpot game. Revenue supports LSCO Programs, and volunteers are welcome.
Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA)
Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA) is a non-partisan public forum held Thursdays at noon throughout the year at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Moderated by volunteers, the group discusses local, provincial, national, and international issues relevant to Lethbridge and Southern Alberta residents.
