Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA) is an independent, non-partisan forum meeting Thursday afternoons to discuss local, provincial, national, and international issues. Hosted at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization, the group meets roughly 40 weeks annually plus special sessions. All viewpoints are welcomed; attendance is free and open to the public.

Available services include blood pressure checks, lab requisitions, medication reviews, strep throat testing, minor ailment prescribing, travel health consultations, and flu vaccinations. Vaccinations require advance booking.
