Empowering Women in Relationships – Therapy Group
An 8-week counselling group facilitated by registered professionals for women who have left relationships marked by imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Participants explore healthy relationship skills, boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-trust. Held Tuesday mornings October 6–November 24, 2026 at Lethbridge Family Services. Free and open to all women aged 18+. Intakes begin September 2026.
