Tier 2 System Navigator Training
Tier 2 System Navigator Training offered by the Lethbridge ICA at the Canadian Mental Health Association. This workshop is designed for professionals who support individuals accessing services through case management and referrals. Registration opens August 15, 2026. Participants should have completed their organization's identification of required training tier.
Tier 1 System Navigator Training – Online

Designed for healthcare and social service professionals, this one-hour session provides essential information about accessing and navigating community support systems in Lethbridge.
Priority Population Training – Youth
Mandatory training for Youth System Navigators (YSNs) working with youth aged 12–24 in Lethbridge. The session covers identifying barriers, connecting youth to supports, preventing homelessness, advocacy, resource navigation, and inter-agency collaboration. Registration opens September 15, 2026. Held at Woods Homes Opportunity Hub.
