A weekly needlework group for knitting, crochet, and other crafts at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Members work on projects, socialize, and share ideas over coffee. Mobile Food Support
The Lethbridge Food Bank brings fresh food support to LSCO parking lot on a monthly basis. Free and open to everyone regardless of income or age, this initiative addresses food insecurity in the community. First come, first served. Occurs the second Thursday of each month.
Weekly Crib Game
Weekly crib game hosted by the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Players of all skill levels welcome, with newcomers encouraged to join. Games run Thursday evenings from 8–10 PM. Free for LSCO members or $2 drop-in fee.
Lego of Your Stress
Lego of Your Stress is a hands-on wellness activity at the University of Lethbridge Student Learning Hub. Participants build with Lego as a stress-relief exercise in a relaxed, creative environment. Open to students and community members seeking a casual, constructive break.

The Paper Tole & Creative Arts Group meets weekly at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization for artists and crafters to work on projects while socializing. Paper tole enthusiasts, painters, knitters, and other crafters are welcome. Annual membership fee is $23 plus LSCO membership; supply costs are additional.

Empowering Women in Relationships – Therapy Group
An 8-week counselling group for women who have experienced relationship imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Facilitated by registered and practicum counsellors, participants explore healthy relationship skills including boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-trust. Held Tuesday mornings October 6–November 24, 2026. Free. Registration in September.
Quilting Group
A weekly quilting group for people with basic skills meets at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Members work on personal projects while socializing, sharing ideas, and supporting each other. The group also creates items for donations and raffles. LSCO membership required; bring your own supplies.
LSCO Karaoke Group
The LSCO Karaoke Group meets Tuesday afternoons for singing and socializing at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Open to non-members for a $2 drop-in fee per session, or $30 annually with LSCO membership. Participants are encouraged to bring their own microphone.

Donuts and Discussion (and Crafts) - Recovery Support Group
Donuts and Discussion is a recovery support group meeting featuring informal conversation, crafts, and refreshments. Held in the Richardson Oilseeds Room at a Lethbridge venue, the group provides a welcoming space for community members seeking peer support and connection.

Priority Population Training – Youth
Mandatory training for Youth System Navigators (YSNs) working with youth aged 12–24 in Lethbridge. The session covers identifying barriers, connecting youth to supports, preventing homelessness, advocacy, resource navigation, and inter-agency collaboration. Registration opens September 15, 2026. Held at Woods Homes Opportunity Hub.
Rotary Club Breakfast
The Rotary Club hosts a weekly breakfast gathering at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. This recurring community event brings together Rotary members and guests for fellowship and local service organization activities.
Winners Bingo
Winners Bingo at Lethbridge Community Bingo Hall runs weekly on Thursday afternoons starting at 12:15 pm with Early Bird games and regular games at 12:25 pm. The event features eight progressive pots including match ball, jackpot, and bonanza games. Revenue supports LSCO programs, and volunteers are welcome.
Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA)
Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA) is an independent, volunteer-moderated forum meeting Thursday afternoons to discuss local, provincial, national, and international issues. Strictly non-partisan, the group welcomes diverse viewpoints and encourages community engagement. Open to the public; no RSVP required.
