Designed for students preparing for or currently in graduate programs.
LSCO Karaoke Singers
The LSCO Karaoke Singers meet weekly on Tuesday afternoons for casual singing and socializing. Open to all ages, non-members can drop in for $2 per week. Participants are encouraged to bring their own microphone. Annual membership is $30 for regular attendees.

Donuts and Discussion (and Crafts) - Recovery Support Group
Donuts and Discussion is a recovery support group meeting featuring casual conversation, refreshments, and craft activities. Held in the Richardson Oilseeds Room at a Lethbridge venue, the group provides a welcoming space for community members seeking peer support and connection.
Community Drop-In Improv Night with Theatre Outre
Theatre Outre brings live improv comedy to Good Times Comedy Club in Lethbridge. This community drop-in event welcomes performers and audience members of all skill levels to participate in interactive improv games and performances. A casual, welcoming evening of collaborative comedy.

Town Cleanup
Cardston's Fall Town Cleanup runs October 19–23, 2026. Residents can register for free pickup of garden waste, yard debris, and household refuse from their home. This semi-annual community service occurs in spring and fall. Pre-registration required by October 16th.

Anger Awareness: A Personal Growth Group
Lethbridge Family Services offers a free personal growth group focused on anger awareness for adults 18+. Participants will learn about connections between anger, thoughts, and behavior, and develop practical coping skills. The group meets at the LFS Counselling Office. Register by September 21, 2026.

COMPASS for the Caregiver is a support program designed for people caring for loved ones with cancer. The session provides practical tools, meaningful connection, and community support to help caregivers navigate their journey. Registration is required.

Town Cleanup
Cardston's fall town cleanup runs October 19–23, 2026. Residents can register to have garden, yard, and household waste picked up from their homes and taken to the Transfer Station. Pre-registration is required by October 16th. This twice-yearly community service helps residents dispose of seasonal waste.
Rotary Club Breakfast
The Rotary Club meets weekly for breakfast at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. This recurring community gathering brings together members for networking and discussion of service initiatives.
Palliative Care Learning Sessions

Winners Bingo
Winners Bingo at the Lethbridge Community Bingo Hall runs weekly on Thursday afternoons starting at 12:15 pm with Early Bird games and regular play at 12:25 pm. Eight progressive pot games each session include Loonie Pots, Match Ball, and a guaranteed Jackpot. Revenue supports LSCO Programs, and volunteers are welcome.
#IAmRemarkable Workshop for Students for Pride Week
The #IAmRemarkable workshop invites students to participate in a one-hour session celebrating Pride Week. Held at the University of Lethbridge's Student Learning Hub in the Terrarium, the workshop promotes self-recognition and community belonging during Pride celebrations.
Weekly Crib at LSCO
Join the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization for weekly crib games every Thursday evening. Newcomers are welcome to this free or low-cost social activity. Games run from 7–9 PM at the organization's Card Area on 11 Street South.
Knitting, Crochet & More
A weekly needlework group for knitting, crochet, and other crafts at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization. Participants work on projects, socialize, and share ideas over coffee. Supplies are available to borrow for those without their own. Beginners welcome. Drop-ins accepted.
COMPASS for the Caregiver
COMPASS for the Caregiver is a four-week facilitated workshop for adults 55+ who are caregivers. Participants explore topics including grief, stress management, communication, navigating support systems, and future planning. Held at the Lethbridge Senior Citizen Organization.
Mobile Food Support
The Lethbridge Food Bank brings a mobile food support service to the LSCO parking lot to distribute fresh food and address food insecurity in the community. Free and open to everyone regardless of age or income, with no application process. First come, first served while supplies last.

Lego of Your Stress
Lego of Your Stress is a hands-on workshop at the University of Lethbridge's Student Learning Hub designed to help participants manage stress through creative building. The one-hour session offers a relaxing, interactive way to unwind using LEGO. Open to students and community members.

Recipes from the Archives: Stafford Family Cookbook
Recipes from the Archives explores the historic Stafford Family Cookbook at Galt Museum & Archives. Community Programmer Kristin Krein and Archives Assistant Bobbie Fox guide participants through heritage cooking and local food history. Prepare a featured dish, sample recipes from the past, and take home a cookbook. Adults and seniors, registration required.

StrongHER Hearts
StrongHER Hearts is a free educational class designed to help women understand heart health in a judgment-free environment. Held at Jim & Mary Kearl Library in Cardston, the class addresses common concerns and questions about cardiovascular wellness for women 18 and older.
