The YMCA celebrates International Youth Day with free community activities, an obstacle course, and pool entertainment. The event runs from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Cor Can Raay YMCA, featuring activities for youth of all ages, including a DJ and pool games. Family-friendly and open to the community.

Kimmapiiyipitssini Kids Group offers self-compassion and mental health skills for children aged 9-13, led by Blackfoot and Anishinaabe leaders. The program runs August 10-14 and August 17-21, 2026, at Lethbridge ICA. Activities include mindfulness, expressive arts, basketball, hoop dancing, and Indigenous games.
Brain Games with Building Brains Together
Building Brains Together hosts an afternoon of brain games at the Lethbridge Seniors Citizen Organization. This interactive event is designed to engage participants of various ages with cognitive challenges and activities. A great opportunity for community members to exercise their minds and socialize.
