About this event

An 8-week counselling group facilitated by registered professionals for women who have left relationships marked by imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Participants explore healthy relationship skills, boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-trust. Held Tuesday mornings October 6–November 24, 2026 at Lethbridge Family Services. Free and open to all women aged 18+. Intakes begin September 2026.

This 8-week counselling group is for individuals who identify as female and who have left a relationship with imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Exploring healthy relationship skills, like how to set boundaries, communicate assertively, and learn to trust oneself and others will be part of the learning. This will be held every Tuesday morning from October 6 to November 24, 2026. Facilitators are Chantelle Kultgen, MACP Registered Provisional Psychologist & Mikail Tate, BHSc Counselling Practicum Student. Open to anyone identifying as female and aged 18+, no cost to participate.
