About this event

An 8-week counselling group for women who have experienced relationship imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Facilitated by registered professionals, the program covers healthy relationship skills including boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-trust. Meets Tuesday mornings October 6 to November 24, 2026. Free and open to all women 18+. Intakes in September.

This 8-week counselling group is for individuals who identify as female and who have left a relationship with imbalance, disempowerment, or abuse. Exploring healthy relationship skills, like how to set boundaries, communicate assertively, and learn to trust oneself and others will be part of the learning. This will be held every Tuesday morning from October 6 to November 24, 2026. Facilitators are Chantelle Kultgen, MACP Registered Provisional Psychologist & Mikail Tate, BHSc Counselling Practicum Student. Open to anyone identifying as female and aged 18+, no cost to participate.
