About this event
COMPASS for the Caregiver is a four-week facilitated workshop for people 55+ who are caregivers. The program explores guilt, grief, stress management, communication skills, and navigating support systems. Held at the Lethbridge Senior Citizen Organization, the workshop provides peer support and practical tools for caregivers managing their responsibilities.

Drama Workshop with Guest Facilitator Kim Lennox of Costume Alchemy Inc
A two-day drama workshop with guest facilitator Kim Lennox of Costume Alchemy Inc. Participants will learn costume breakdown and dyeing techniques across ten hours of hands-on instruction. Registration is required. The workshop takes place at the University Centre for the Arts.

Sit 'n Stitch is a community-led drop-in program at Lethbridge Public Library's Crossings Branch where adults gather to knit, crochet, and socialize. The program meets every Tuesday and Saturday afternoon, welcoming crafters of all skill levels to work on projects and connect with others.

Ride for Refuge
Ride for Refuge returns October 3rd at Henderson Lake Park in Lethbridge. This family-friendly fundraising ride and walk supports Streets Alive Mission's work helping people seeking hope, safety, and freedom from addiction. Participants can form teams and register online.
